[Appearance] This product is a brownish yellow particle

[Pharmacological effects] Pharmacodynamics: Semisynthetic macrolide antibiotics specifically designed for animals, belonging to the genus Temicosin. Strong against Mycoplasma, with antibacterial effects similar to Tylosin. Sensitive Gram positive bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus), pneumococcus, streptococcus, anthrax bacillus, porcine erysipelas, Listeria monocytogenes, Clostridium perfringens, and Clostridium perfringens. Sensitive Gram negative bacteria include Haemophilus, Neisseria meningitidis, Pasteurella, etc. The activity of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella, and Mycoplasma avium is stronger than that of Tylosin. 95% of hemolytic Bacillus strains are sensitive to this product.

Pharmacokinetic absorption is rapid after oral administration, characterized by strong tissue penetration and large distribution volume (greater than 2 L/kg). The concentration in the lungs is high, and the elimination half-life can reach 1-2 days. The effective blood drug concentration is maintained for a long time.

[Drug Interactions]

1. The combination of this product with adrenaline can increase pig mortality.

2. It has the same target as other macrolides and lincolamines and should not be used simultaneously.

3. When used in combination with β - lactams, it exhibits an antagonistic effect.

[Function and Use] Macrolide antibiotics. Used to treat infections caused by Actinobacillus, Pasteurella, and Mycoplasma in porcine pleuropneumonia.

[Usage and Dosage] Calculate based on this product. Mixed feeding: 1000-2000g per 1000kg of feed for pigs. Use continuously for 15 days.

[Precautions] Tenmicosin is irritating to the eyes and can cause allergic reactions. Avoid direct contact.

[Adverse reactions]

1. The toxic effects of this product on animals are mainly on the cardiovascular system, which can cause tachycardia and weakened contractility.

2. Dose dependent gastrointestinal disorders such as vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, etc. often occur in animals after oral administration.
