【 Main Ingredients 】 Acetaminoavermectin

[Appearance] This product is a colorless to slightly yellow clear oily liquid, slightly viscous.

[Pharmacological Effects] Pharmacodynamics: Acetaminoavermectin belongs to the macrocyclic lactone class of antiparasitic drugs. The insect resistance spectrum is similar to that of ivermectin. Subcutaneous injection of this product has a 95% killing rate against most common nematodes, both adults and larvae. This product has a stronger killing effect on the ancient cypress nematode, radiation esophagostomy nematode, and snake hairy roundworm than ivermectin. It has a 100% killing effect on the larvae of cowhide flies and a strong killing effect on cattle ticks.

After subcutaneous injection of this product into the neck of cows (0.2mg/kg), the peak time was 28.2 hours, the peak blood concentration was 87.5ng/ml, and the elimination half-life was 35.7 hours.

Drug interactions: Simultaneous use with ethamine may result in severe or fatal encephalopathy.

[Function and Use] Macrolide class antiparasitic drugs. It is mainly used to drive and kill internal parasites such as gastrointestinal nematodes and lung nematodes, as well as external parasites such as ticks, mites, lice, cowhide maggots, striped skin maggots, etc. in cattle.
