[Appearance] This product is a colorless to pale yellow clear liquid.

[Pharmacological Effects] Pharmacodynamics: Tedroside is a 16 membered semi synthetic animal specific macrolide antibiotic. It mainly binds to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, preventing peptide chain elongation and inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. Taijiluoxin has a wide antibacterial spectrum and has antibacterial activity against Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Haemophilus parasuis, and Streptococcus suis.

Pharmacokinetic pigs were injected intramuscularly with a single dose of 4mg/kg bw of Tedroside injection, which showed good absorption and an average peak concentration in plasma

The Cmax is 0.88ug/ml, the average area under the drug time curve (AUCtast) is 11.00ug · h/ml, and the peak time (tmax) is 0.58 hours

[Indications] Used for the treatment and control of respiratory system diseases in pigs caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, Burkholderia bronchiseptica, Haemophilus parasuis, and Streptococcus suis, which are sensitive to tetracycline.

[Usage and Dosage] Calculate with Terdesine. Intramuscular injection: One dose, 4mg per 1kg body weight for pigs (equivalent to 1ml per 10kg body weight injection of this product), used only once.

[Adverse reactions] 1 After intramuscular injection, there may be brief swelling at the injection site, occasionally accompanied by mild pain. In rare cases (with an incidence rate of less than 1/10000), piglets may experience brief coma, and animals may experience shock or even death. 3. Administering according to the maximum injection volume (5ml) usually causes slight swelling at the injection site, which lasts for 3 days but is painless upon palpation. These reactions at the injection site will completely disappear within 21 days.

[Precautions]

1. Do not use for pigs allergic to macrolide antibiotics.

2. It is prohibited to use it together with other macrolide, lincosamide, or streptomycin antibiotics.

3. Pregnant and lactating pigs should be used under the guidance of a veterinarian.

4. Intravenous injection is prohibited.

When injecting intramuscularly, the injection volume at each injection site should not exceed 5ml.

6. Tedrosine may cause skin allergies. If accidentally touched, it should be immediately washed with soap and water. If accidentally in contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.

7. Self injection should be avoided. Once it occurs, seek medical attention immediately and provide the product manual to the doctor.

8. Wash hands promptly after administration.

9. Keep out of reach of children.
