1. Based on the company's development strategy, pay attention to industry trends, and propose product development suggestions including raw materials and formulations for the company's management to refer to and make decisions;

2. Accurately grasp the occurrence dynamics and market development trends of pests, diseases, and weeds in the market, propose strategic, forward-looking, and creative new product planning schemes, and create a competitive new product matrix in the market in the future;

3. Work closely with the company's technology center, marketing center, and other departments to plan and lead the implementation of formulation product development, registration, cost budgeting, and market launch for the company's established projects;

4. Provide systematic training and guidance for product development managers to promote team growth;

5. Master's degree or above, major not limited, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the agrochemical industry.

6. Write clear and complete experimental records and project reports in Chinese;

7. Maintain the orderly operation of the laboratory;

8. Proficient in organic synthesis related experimental operations;

9. Capable of independently completing a series of multi-step organic reactions, improving processes, and participating in pilot scale testing;

10. Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering or related majors.

1. Responsible for formulation processing technology, formula design, research and development of formulations and related processes such as emulsion, wettable powder, suspension agent, water emulsion, water dispersible granule, etc;

2. Provide optimization and improvement suggestions for the company's products;

3. Proficient in using testing instruments such as scales and ovens;

4. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in chemical related fields such as pesticide chemistry, plant protection, pharmaceutical engineering, polymer materials and engineering.
